i think you should make a short pecha kucha to explain the project so the outsiders viewing our presentation have an idea about the context of the project as a whole.

I definitely think it would be helpful if you produced a short presentation about what exactly the project is about. That way we don't get caught up re-explaining the parameters and the jurors can focus on critique of our ideas and development.
